The ‘Out of the Blue’ postnatal support group is run by Liz Wise, a specialist Post Natal Depression Counsellor.

It can provide an opportunity to:

• Meet other mothers who are experiencing postnatal depression.
• Share ideas on how to cope.

We offer:

• A home visit from Liz Wise prior to attending the group.
• The monthly support group held at
  St Martin’s Children’s Centre.

Come and get advice, support, help and reassurance that you are not alone.
